5 Waqt Ki Namaz Aur Unka Waqt
Har namaz ka ek muqarrar waqt hai jo roozana suraj ke tuloo, zawal aur ghuroob hone par badal sakta hai. Islamic calendar aur local time zones ke mutabiq waqt thora farq ho sakta hai, lekin aam tor par 5 waqt namaz ke asool yeh hain:
- Fajr (Subah ki Namaz)
- Waqt: Subah sadiq se suraj tuloo hone tak
- Fajr ki namaz raat aur din ke darmiyan ek badi ahm ibadat hai. Yeh waqt dua aur ibadat ka behtareen moka hai kyunki is waqt dunya so rahi hoti hai aur banda sirf Allah ki yaad mein mashgool hota hai.
- Zohar (Dupehar ki Namaz)
- Waqt: Suraj zawal hone ke baad se le kar asar se pehle tak
- Yeh namaz ka waqt din ke beech mein hota hai jab aksar log apne kaam mein masroof hote hain. Is waqt namaz parhna hamari ibadat ko mukammal banata hai aur din ke stress ko kam karta hai.
- Asar (Shaam ki Namaz)
- Waqt: Zohar ke baad se suraj ghuroob hone se thora pehle tak
- Asar ki namaz din ke aakhri hisson mein humein Allah ki yaad dilati hai aur humari roohani aur jismani energy ko barqarar rakhti hai.
- Maghrib (Ghuroob-e-Aftab ke baad)
- Waqt: Suraj ghuroob hone ke foran baad se le kar isha se pehle tak
- Yeh waqt dua aur shukar guzaari ka hai. Maghrib ki namaz din ke khatam hone ka ehsas dilati hai aur humein yaad dilati hai ke har din ek nayi shuruaat ka signal hai.
- Isha (Raat ki Namaz)
- Waqt: Maghrib ke baad se le kar aadhi raat tak
- Isha ki namaz raat ki sabse aakhri namaz hai jo humein din ka hisaab lene aur Allah se maghfirat talab karne ka moka deti hai.
Namaz Ka Waqt Kis Tarah Maloom Karein?

Namaz sirf Allah ki ibadat nahi balki rooh aur jism dono ki sehat ke liye bhi zaroori hai. Yeh tension door karti hai, focus behtar banati hai aur humein ek achha insaan banne ka tareeqa sikhaati hai.
- Roohani Faiday – Namaz se Allah ki yaad taza hoti hai jo insan ke andar sukoon aur sakooniyat paida karti hai.
- Jismani Faiday – Namaz ke har harqat, jaise ke ruku aur sajda, jism ko fit aur active rakhti hai.
- Social Faiday – Masjid mein jamaat ke sath namaz parhne se Muslim bhai charay ka ehsaas barhta hai.
Aakhri Baat
5 waqt ki namaz har Musalman ke liye farz hai aur iski pabandi karna hamari duniya aur aakhirat dono ke liye behtareen hai. Apni rozana ki masroofiyat mein namaz ka waqt nikalna humari zimmedari hai. Jis tarah hum apni dunyaawi zaroorat ka khayal rakhte hain, usi tarah humein apni roohani zaroorat ka bhi khayal rakhna chahiye.
